Uniform and Equipment Returns

Uniform and Equipment Returns Week of May 26th – 28th
Tuesday 5/26 or Wednesday 5/27:  1:30 pm to 3:30 pm
Thursday 5/28 from 3:30 pm to 5:30pm

1.Please launder your uniform and place all items in a plastic bag, labeled with student first & last name, id #, grade, sport and level (Varsity, JV, Novice)
2. Please remember to bring back any equipment that was issued to you
3. When you arrive to the front of the school you will be directed to the attendance windows.
4.Please wear a mask and stand on the tape that is marked on the floor, please stay 6 to 7 ft away from the other students in line.
5.Wait for your turn and someone will call you to the attendance window.
6. At the window you will be asked to show your uniform/equipment pieces so that these can be checked off of our lists.
7.Once done we will collect your items in your bag and you are to leave the campus immediately.
8.Seniors: You will not be cleared to receive your diploma, until your complete uniform and all equipment has been brought back to SYHS and checked off by our Athletic Director and ASB Dean.

1. Favor de entregar su uniforme limpio y coloque todos los artículos en una bolsa de plástico, etiquetada con el nombre y apellido del estudiante, número de identificación, nivel escolar, tipo de deporte y nivel (Varsity, JV, Novato).
2. Recuerde regresar todo el equipo que le haya sido entregado.
3. Cuando llegue a la entrada principal de la escuela,  diríjase a la ventanilla de asistencia.
4. Use un cubre boca y parece en la señal que esta marcada en el piso y manténgase a una distancia de 6 a 7 pies entre de otras personas en la fila.
5. Espere su turno y alguien lo llamará de la ventanilla de asistencia.
6. En la ventanilla se le pedirá que muestre las prendas de su uniforme o equipo para que pueda ser verificado en nuestras listas.
7. Una vez realizado este proceso, recogeremos sus artículos y deberá retirarse de las instalaciones inmediatamente.
8. Alumnos de 12avo. grado (Seniors): No recibirán su diploma hasta que todo el equipo y el uniforme completo haya sido entregado y verificado por el Director Deportivo y el Decano de ASB de SYHS.

SUHSD Distance Learning Summer School

Are you interested in making up credits?  Enroll in the SUHSD Distance Learning Summer School (even if you have already submitted a paper application at the school site).

To access the SYH SUMMER SCHOOL APPLICATION 2020 application, log onto your district’s Infinite Campus Student Portal at Https://campusportal.sweetwaterschools.org, select the survey link in your inbox and complete it as soon as possible by THIS Thursday, May 21st.

Summer School Application Link is found under the Campus STUDENT Portal only.  To access link, student should log onto their district’s Infinite Campus STUDENT Portal at campusportal.sweetwaterschools.org.  Then go to MESSAGE CENTER > Surveys (tab).  Last day to complete survey is 05/21/2020.

STUDENTS:  Your password is your district login password, same as your district email password.

SUHSD Distance Learning Summer School

¿Estás interesado en recuperar créditos? Inscríbase en la escuela de verano de aprendizaje a distancia SUHSD (incluso si ya ha presentado una solicitud en papel en el sitio escolar).

SUMMER SCHOOL 2020 REGISTRATION

Are you interested in making up credits? 

Updated information on SUHSD Summer School 2020 is now available.

  • Summer School dates:  June 8 to June 26
  • Students may take up to two courses
  • Summer School Class times: 10:00 am – 10:45 am 1st Block, 10:45 am – 11:15 am Nutrition Break, 11:15 am – 12:00 pm 2nd Block
  • Teachers will hold office hours from 8:00 am – 9:30 am and from 12:30 pm – 1:30 pm.
  • Summer School will be held at San Ysidro High School (Virtually)
  • Distance Learning Format will continue (on-line classes only)
  • NEW applications must be submitted (previous paper applications are now void).

Registration is only through the Infinite Campus Student Portal: https://campusportal.sweetwaterschools.org/campus/portal/students/sweetwater.jsp

  • The Deadline to register is Thursday, May 21. Thereafter, the next opportunity will be in June by appointment.
  • Username: Student ID#.
    Password: Initial password is the 8 digit birthdate (XX/XX/XXXX). *If students already changed their password, it is the same one used for their district e-mail address.
  • Use the “Survey” Tab in the Portal’s Message Center. Follow the steps in the attachment for reference.
